Example Itinerary
Each retreat will have a slightly different Itinerary based on the theme around the weekend.
However this is an example of what to expect;
Friday
3.00pm: arrival – Welcome and introductions – Put up tents and settle in
5.30pm: Set out the ‘Sacred Agreement’ to create the safe space we wish to enjoy. Drink Cacao and gather around the fire for circle sharing and a relaxing meditation to set us up for the weekend.
7pm: Evening meal provided
8.30pm: Evening Activity and finishing with a grounding meditation
Saturday
8.00am: Breakfast
8.30am: Set out the ‘Sacred Agreement’ again and start the day with meditation for all to set their intentions for the day and what each hope to get out of the weekend. Followed be the morning activity.
10.00am: Free time with refreshments provided
12 Midday: Lunch provided
1.30pm: Afternoon activity
3.00pm: Free time with refreshments provided
4.00pm: Deep relaxation, breathwork and guided meditation
5.30pm: Sharing circle around the fire, followed by some grounding work and gratitude
7.00pm: Evening meal provided, followed by free time and companionship.
Sunday
8.00am: Breakfast
9.30am: Morning meditation, followed be morning activity
11.00am: Cacao ceremony and final sharing, looking back at what each had wanted from the weekend. Evaluating what has been received and looking at where this could lead
12 Midday: Lunch provided
Afternoon: Pack up and free time. If you need to get home that’s fine, but there is no hurry to leave, take your time and continue to enjoy your weekend.
5.00pm: Time to go home, taking your weekend experience at Caer Bryn with you.
